Linda J. Freeman, age 56, of Reamstown, East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 4:45 AM in Gardens at Stevens (formerly Denver Nursing Home), Stevens, PA. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of Pauline M. (Shupp) Bradley, Lititz, and the late Richard C. Bradley. Linda had worked at the distribution centers of Acme, Woolworth Henry Schein, all of Denver. She was a member of the Reamstown Athletic Association, collected owls and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her significant other, Art Kilhefner, with whom she resided; a son, Shawn J. Sweigart, Harrisburg; daughter, Bobbie Joe (Eby) Rettew, Georgia; 4 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sisters, Vera J. Bradley, companion of Richard Buffenmyer, Ephrata; Nancy A., married to Dean Gress, Denver; Darla M., married to Barry Garber, Manheim; and a brother, Rodney L., married to Glenna Bradley, New Holland. A celebration of Linda's life will be held Sunday, October 30, 2016, from 1 to 4 PM in the Ephrata Fire Hall, 135 South State Street, Ephrata, PA 17522.
