Patricia L. Boggs

Patricia L. "Pat" Boggs, age 84, formerly of Sinking Spring, Berks County, PA, died Thursday, March 6, 2014, in Ephrata Manor, Ephrata Township, Lancaster County, PA. Born in Altoona, Blair County, PA, a daughter of the late Alfred E. and Viola E. (Lantz) Hupert, her husband, S. Paul Boggs, died June 6, 2011. A 1947 Altoona High School graduate, Pat worked for Bollman Hat Company, Adamstown, PA. She was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church, Adamstown; loved camping, playing bingo and cards (especially pinochle). Pat cherished her cats and dogs and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Surviving are daughters, Deborah B., wife of Cecil Hahn, Stephenson, VA; and Vicki Sue, wife of Andrew Geris, Ephrata, PA; grandchildren, Rocky A. Yohn and Shelby E. Geris; & 4 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her step-father, Louis P. Healy, and sisters, Joan G. Brantner and Shirley A. Thompson. Pat's funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 11:00 AM from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Deborah Moore, officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown, PA. The viewing will be on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and immediately prior to the service on Tuesday.
