Remembering Warren with Love... Warren L. Lorah, 77, of Denver , passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009, at 11:20 PM in Ephrata Manor. He was the husband of Fay D. (Althouse) Lorah, with whom he celebrated 57 years of marriage. Born in Spring Township , Berks County , he was a son of the late Howard B. and Mary (Burkholder) Lorah. Warren was a 1949 Denver High School graduate and an Army Corporal during the Korean War. A carpenter and cabinetmaker by trade, he enjoyed woodworking and being "Pappy" to his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, W. Craig Lorah, partner of Adlai Binger, Denver ; and Dr. Kevin N. (Diane Crider) Lorah, Hummelstown; grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Christy and Karina; and brothers, Howard S., Marvin and Richard Lorah. He was predeceased by a brother, Harry E. "Ducky" Lorah. No Services... At Warren 's request his body has been donated to Humanity Gifts Registry and there will be no services. His family asks that you remember him with contributions to the charity of your choice.
