Remembering Anna with Love... Anna A. Lorah, age 85, formerly of 8 Summit Drive , Stevens, Lancaster County , died Saturday, August 27, 2005, at 7:00 PM in Ephrata Manor, Ephrata Township , Lancaster County , where she resided since May. Born Sept. 20, 1919, in Cumru Twp., Berks County , she was a daughter of the late George S. and Lucy (Knable) Schutter. Her husband Edwin S. Lorah, died June 14, 1985. A member of Peace United Church of Christ, Swartzville, Lancaster County , she worked at the former Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing; Grants and Reliable Dress Shop, both formerly of Ephrata; and last for Mt. Bethany Company, Reamstown. A graduate of Mohnton High School , she also volunteered for many years at Ephrata Community Hospital . Surviving are 2 daughters, Nancy J., wife of Jack P. McGowan, Stevens, PA, and Margaret A., wife of Michael T. Sweigart, Omaha, NE; a son, James R., husband of Sandra (Ream) Lorah, Bernville, PA; 10 Grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ray O. Schutter, Cincinnati , OH . 3 brothers, Warrren, Paul and A. Russell Schutter preceded her in death. Viewing Funeral Service...A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2005, at 11:00 AM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Inc. of Reamstown with The Reverend William E. Hoch officiating. Burial in Muddy Creek Cemetery , East Cocalico Township , Lancaster County , PA.
