Remembering Carrie with Love... Carrie R. Buohl, 83, of 1077 Henn Avenue , Ephrata, Lancaster County , formerly of Reamstown, Lancaster County , died unexpectedly Tuesday morning at 8:49 AM in the emergency room of Ephrata Community Hospital . Born February 17, 1922, in Reamstown, she was a daughter of the late Paul R. and Maggie M. (Beck) Ansel, her husband, Walter F. Buohl, died September 8, 1999. A member of Muddy Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church , Swartzville, she was a former Sunday school and Bible School teacher and had been a homemaker most of her life. Surviving are 4 daughters, Shirley A. (Buohl) Haller, Lititz , PA ; Charlotte A. (Buohl), wife of Larry Shober, Ephrata, PA; Fay E. (Buohl), wife of Parke Loose, Lititz, PA; and Darlene M. (Buohl) Weidman, Ephrata, PA; 2 sons, Walter P., husband of Marie (Becker) Buohl, Denver, PA; and Richard E., husband of Julie (Dundore) Buohl, Seminole, FL; 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Ellen M. Carles, and a brother, Harold Ansel. Viewing Funeral Service...Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM from Muddy Creek Lutheran Church , Swartzville, with her pastor, The Reverend Paul W. Smeltz, officiating. A viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Private inurnment in Muddy Creek Cemetery , East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, PA.
