Cher Pao Lor, 61, of 10 North Conestoga View Drive , Akron , Lancaster County , died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at 11:00 AM in the Essa Flory Hospice Center , East Hempfield Township , Lancaster County . Born March 28, 1945, in Cheng Khoua, Laos , he was a son of the late Xai Khoua and the late Xeng X Lor. He was a captain in the Army of Laos and worked as a meat cutter with Shady Maple Farm Market, Inc., East Earl, Lancaster County . Cher was a member of the Hmong Alliance Church , Leola, Lancaster County . He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. Surviving is a son, Xa Tho Lor, Akron , PA ; and a brother, Joua Ge, husband of Ia L. Lor, Denver , PA. Viewings, Services Funeral Service... Viewing and services will be held Thursday, 9-11 AM 6-9 PM and Friday, 9-Noon 6-9 PM. Services will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2006, at 12:30 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Inc. of Reamstown with The Reverend Pao Her officiating. Interment in Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery , East Earl , PA.
