Donna M. Eckenroth

Donna M. Eckenroth, age 64, of Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, May 22, 2016, her birthday, at home under hospice care and surrounded by family. Born in Ephrata, a daughter of the late Richard T. and Mildred A. (Swartz) Eckenroth, she was employed as a cook at Cloister Restaurant, andearlierat the former Dutchman's Diner, The Wooden Spoon Milestone. Donna was a member of Reinholds VFW, enjoyed reading, trips to the beach, sudoku puzzles and coffee sessions with friends. Surviving are sisters, Betty J. Eberly, Denver; Kathy A., married to David Eager, Holly Hill, Florida; a brother, Richard C. Eckenroth, Mt. Union. A brother, Kenneth E. Eckenroth predeceased her. A celebration of Donna's life will be held on Friday, May 27, at 1 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with burial following in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville. The visitation will be Thursday 6-8 PM. There will be no public viewing at Donna's request. Kindly omit flowers.
