Remembering Edith with Love... Edith M. Speigner, 83, Denver , Lancaster County, PA, formerly of Alabama , died Monday, November 8, 2010, at Hospice of Lancaster County - Mt. Joy . Born in Coatesville, a daughter of the late George S. and Ada ( Griffin ) Carr, her husband, Clyde "Hoss" Speigner, died in 1997. A member of Green Hill Presbyterian Church, Enterprise , AL , she worked for Wyeth Laboratories, Paoli, PA, for 26 years. Edith volunteered at Enterprise Hospital and was a member of Sr. Friends, Sr. Center and Girls Card Club, all of Enterprise . Surviving are daughters, Cathleen (Phil) Fuchs, Blakeslee, PA; Venise (John) Rogala, Downingtown, PA; Karen Leamy, Honeybrook, PA; and Cynthia Leamy, Denver, PA; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters. A granddaughter, Joann Marie, predeceased her. Memorial Service... A memorial celebration of Edith's life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20 at 2:00 pm from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Chaplain Glenn A. Beard, Jr. officiating.
