Remembering Gene... Eugene W. Brendle, 84, of 1542 Dry Tavern Road , Denver , died Friday, September 14, 2007, at 9:25 AM in Ephrata Community Hospital where he was a patient since September 5th. Born in Fivepointville, he was a son of the late Harry T. and Lillie (Good) Brendle. A member of Muddy Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church , Swartzville, he was a self-employed farmer his entire life, and also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving is a daughter, Tillo Brendle-Radcliff, Elizabethtown , PA ; a sister, Grace Seifrit, Fivepointville , PA ; and a brother, Clair (Alverta) Brendle, Denver , PA. Viewing Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2007, at 10:00 AM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre of Reamstown with his pastor, The Rev. Paul W. Smeltz, officiating. Burial will be in Muddy Creek Cemetery , Swartzville , PA. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
