Fay D. Lied Ruppert

Fay D. Ruppert, age 78, of Ephrata, Clay Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died unexpectedly January 8, 2018, in Ephrata Community Hospital. A daughter of the late Russell Lied and Amanda C. (Burkholder) Lied Hartenstine, she was married to Jay P. Ruppert for 60 years. A member of Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, she cherished her family and loved phone calls with friends. Fay was a longtime Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and enjoyed car shows andCape May trips. Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Rodney R., married to Judith L. Ruppert, Lancaster; and Gail A., married to Michael G. Goodman, Ephrata; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; andher brother, Richard R., married to Audrey Lied, Denver. A Memorial Celebration of Fay's Life will be held on Thursday, January 18, at 7 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Pastor Ken Higginbothom officiating.
