Remembering Florence with Love... Florence P. Rubino, 92, formerly of Drexel Hill and Ephrata, died Thursday, March 6, 2008, in Maple Farms Nursing Center , Akron , where she resided since June 2005. Born in Philadelphia , a daughter of the late Matthew and Elvira (Borelli) Busillo, her first husband, Rudy Thies, Sr., died in 1954, and her second husband, Samuel Rubino, died in 1971. A member of St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, Drexel Hill , she was a housewife and loved bingo. She is survived by a son, Rudy, husband of Debbie (Greco) Thies, Exton , PA ; a daughter, Nancy Thompson, Reinholds , PA ; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a sister Louise Campbell, Glen Mills, PA. Viewing Mass... A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 302 Church Avenue , Ephrata , PA 17522 , on Monday at 11:00 AM. Please meet at Good Funeral Home, 34-38 North Reamstown Road , Reamstown , PA 17567 , for a viewing from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at which time we will process to the church for Mass. Final commendation and farewell will be in Muddy Creek Cemetery , Swartzville , PA.
