Helen M. Gentile

Helen M. Gentile, age 99, formerly of Denver and Philadelphia, died Sunday, March 22, 2015, at 5:00 AM in Zerbe Sisters Nursing Centre, Narvon, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Born in Thornbury Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Colinine and Libreta (Mortricordi) Merenti. Her husband, Guido J. Gentile, died in 1992. Helen was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata, attended the Cocalico Area Senior Center, Reinholds, and was a seamstress. Surviving is a son, Anthony J. (Mariann DiSimone) Gentile, Denver, PA; 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Christian Prayer Services will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015, at 7:00 PM from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, presided by Father John McLoughlin, C.SS.R.
