Jesse J. Mann, age 40, of Dover, Conewago Township, York County, Pennsylvania,died at home Saturday, May 13, 2017, from the disease of addiction. Born in Woodstock, Virginia, he was a son of Peggy A. Leid, Denver, Lancaster County, and the late Ward Winfred Moomaw. Jesse was a self-employed contractor, who loved riding motorcycle and family times. Also surviving is his daughter, Phaedra M. Mann, York; companion, Sherry Winslow, Dover; sisters, Roberta Mann, Ephrata;Michelle Steinmetz, Denver; Sylvia Nagle, East Berlin; and brothers, Jeffrey Leid, Sr.,, Ephrata; Ward Winfred Moomaw, Jr., Moorefield, West Virginia.A visitation will held Friday, May 19, from 6-7 PM with a memorial service at 7 PM in Muddy Creek Lutheran Church, 11 South Muddy Creek Road, Denver, PA 17517; further services in York County will be announced at a later date.
