Joanne L. Saylor, passed away peacefully on July 3rd, 2025, at her home, at the age of 76. Born on November 2, 1948, in Lancaster, to the late Robert & Ruth (Hess) Graver, and the loving wife of Mark Saylor.
Joanne was a graduate of Penn Manor High School. She embarked on her professional journey shortly after high school, demonstrating remarkable dedication and passion in her career. Joanne's impressive career in the office and mailing industry began as she embraced various roles, ultimately becoming a co-owner of RTC. Her expertise and leadership made a significant impact on her colleagues and the industry at large. Beyond her professional achievements, Joanne was known for her warm personality and deep love for animals, especially her dogs. Whether raking leaves, picking up sticks, or tending to her yard, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life and nature. Joanne was also an active member of Muddy Creek Church, where her spirit of community and kindness shone through. As we remember Joanne L. Saylor, we cherish her contributions, her love for family and animals, and the indelible mark she left on everyone who had the privilege to know her.
Along with her husband, Joanne is survived by her son, Justin (Michelle) Walzl; two grandchildren, Brandon Walzl and Paige Walzl. Joanne is preceded in death by her sister, Maxine Long.
A time to celebrate and share memories of Joanne will be held on Saturday, August 2nd at 12:00 p.m. at Muddy Creek Lutheran Church; 11 S Muddy Creek Rd, Denver, PA 17517.
