Kelley Lynne DeVault, 43, of Lake City, Florida, passed away on August 11, 2026. Born on February 19, 1983, Kelley was a daughter of Joel & Susan Stieber, Kelley continuously touched lives with her gentle spirit and selfless nature.

Kelley was a graduate of Cocalico High School, where she laid the foundation for a life dedicated to helping others. This passion led her to work as a teacher's aide for the Cocalico School District before her move to Florida. Known by all who met her as extraordinarily kind and loving, Kelley exuded care and empathy in each aspect of her life. She found solace and adventure in the world of books, eagerly devouring romance, thrillers, mysteries, and any volume she could get her hands on. Perhaps nothing brought her more joy than the time she spent with her grandson, Xavier, making memories that will be cherished forever by her family. Kelley was the beacon of compassion throughout her life, known to those close to her as someone with a beautiful heart who would do anything for anyone. Kelley's spirit will live on in the lives of those she touched—with every act of kindness, each shared moment, and in the warmth of her family's stories. Her absence leaves a profound void, but her legacy endures in the compassion and love she so freely gave.

Kelley is survived by her parents, Joel and Susan Stieber; partner, Brandon DeVault; her daughter, Makayla DeVault, and stepson, Dominick Shaver; her beloved grandson, Xavier; brother, Kenneth Stieber; and step-siblings, Matthew Stieber, Joseph Stieber, Jennifer Miller, and Jeffery Stieber. Kelley is predeceased by her grandmother, Helen Stahl.
