Born in Saigon, Vietnam, she was married to Cam Ly for 49 years. Mai worked as a seamstress. Surviving in addition to her husband are her children: Vi Ly, Ephrata, PA; Binh Ly, Herndon, Virginia; Dian Ly, married to Robert Derosier, Schwenksville, PA; Thung Ly, married to Helen, Dover, Delaware; Giai Ly, married to Jenny, Bel Air, Maryland; Nguyen Ly, married to Kristen, Bel Air, Maryland; and Tam Ly, married to Mei Mei, Lansdale, PA; 4 grandchildren; and a sister brother in Vietnam.
