Mark Alan Kline

Mark Alan Kline, 69, passed away on September 24, 2025, at the Susquehanna Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born on April 6, 1956, in Reading, he was a beloved son of Robert H. Jr. & Jane S. (Lausch) Kline.

Mark was a high school graduate of Cocalico, class of 1974. He had a distinguished career as a truck driver, where he dedicated many years to AG Kurtz and later MJF Trucking in Reinholds, until his retirement in 2021. Those who knew Mark were often touched by his strong-willed and loyal personality. He was a man who would offer the shirt off his back to help others, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for friendship. Mark was not just a father; he was an integral part of his family’s lives, always putting his loved ones first, with a special affection for his granddaughter, McKinzie. A dedicated member of Peace UCC Church, Mark was also known for his adventurous spirit. He enjoyed watching races on dirt trails, hunting, working on cars, and going to the track, which represented just a part of his vibrant personality. Mark leaves behind a tapestry of memories woven through his unwavering loyalty, unyielding spirit, and profound love for his family and friends.

Mark is survived by his two children, Cody Kline of Charlotte, NC, and Jessica Kline of Lancaster; granddaughter, McKinzie Snyder; as well as his siblings, Beverly Cullen of Enola, PA, and Stephen Kline of Schererville, IN; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
