Remembering Mary Jane with Love... Mary Jane Schutter, age 87, of Adamstown, Lancaster County, PA, died Sunday, January 16, 2011, at 6:00 PM in ManorCare, West Reading, Berks County , PA, following a 10 month illness. Born in Adamstown, a daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Heft) Leed, she was married to John N. Schutter for 65 years. A graduate of Brylan's Beauty School , Reading, she owned operated her own beauty shop for 52 years. Mary Jane was an avid bowler, loved flower gardening, going out to eat and was a member of the Hilltoppers Senior Citizens Group, Gouglersville, PA. Also surviving is a son, John C. (Sandra Snader) Schutter, Stevens, PA; grandsons, J. Jason and Jared; and a brother John A. Leed, Dallas , TX . She was predeceased by a sister, June Moyer, and brother, Charles Leed. Memorial Service... A memorial service will be held Friday, January 21, 2011, at 10:00 AM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown. Inurnment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery , Adamstown, PA. At Mary Jane's request, there will be no viewing and please omit flowers.
