Michelle Pratt of Ephrata PA passed away on August 1, 2026. Born in Darby, PA, at Mercy Catholic Hospital, she was a daughter of the late Elma Noel Kramer and Robert Kramer of Ft. Lauderdale. She was the wife of Daniel Ham.

Michelle is survived by 6 children, Josh, Alexis, Johanna, Jackie, Danielle and Deanna. She enjoyed spending time with her 4 grandchildren, Nolan, Sophia, Becca and Chase.

Michelle grew up in Springfield PA, Delaware county, lived in Chester County and Lancaster County in later years.

She worked as a nurse at the VA Hospital, several nursing homes and in home care over a long career helping, supporting and caring for others.

She enjoyed trips to Florida, gardening, playing video games and board games, writing poetry, shopping, and going to the beaches in New Jersey. She loved making people feel loved, making them laugh, smart conversations, and making sure everyone ate. She had an unshakable sense of doing what was right, which she always tried to guide her children towards.

She was strong, intelligent, thoughtful, funny, and always a rock that her family could rely on. She had too many endearing quirks to list. She was everyone’s best friend. She knew more than anyone how to turn tough times into good times.

She loved her husband, children, and grandchildren dearly. She will be missed greatly by her family, who all love her beyond words.
