Remembering Paul with Love... Paul C. Dirks, 82, of Denver , formerly of Lansdale, died March 7, 2010, in Ephrata Community Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Norristown , a son of the late Cyril and Mary (Mucke) Dirks, his wife, Ruth (Wanner) Dirks, died March 4, 2000. A member of Wiest United Methodist Church , Schoeneck, he was a Lansdale High School graduate and retired from the North Penn Reporter, Lansdale . Paul was a WWII Marine Corps veteran and enjoyed gardening and antiquing. Surviving is his significant other, Janet Fisher, with whom he resided; a daughter, Linda (David) Hallman, Phoenix , AZ ; sons, John (Linda) Dirks, and Bob Dirks, both Denver ; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Herb Dirks, Harleysville. He was predeceased by a granddaughter and great-grandson. Viewing, Funeral Graveside Service... Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 11, at 8 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Pastor Harry DeKolf officiating. A viewing will be held from 6-8 PM.
