Phyllis (Ferraino) Biacchi passed away on August 6, 2026, in Ephrata, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy-two years, Louis A. Biacchi and a son, Joseph A. Biacchi. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Graziadio, two sons, Louis J. Biacchi and Lawrence P. Biacchi, as well as four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Phyllis was born September 1, 1927, in Iacurso, Catazaro, Italy. 

Her family emigrated tothe United States on March 18, 1938. She graduated from Smethport, PA High School in 1946. She then attended the Wennefred Fayant School Of Beauty Culture in Philadelphia. She graduated as a licensed teacher of beauty culture and ran her own beauty salon for many years. 

On September 9, 1950, she married Louis in his hometown of Berwick, PA. They raised their four children in Warren, PA. where they were members of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Upon their retirements they moved to Ephrata, PA and became members of Our Mother Of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Service will be held on Thurs., Aug. 13th. The funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. in OMPH Church at 320 Church Ave, Ephrata. Interment will immediately follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Ephrata.
