Davis, 71, of 152 Boulder Hill Road, Mohnton, died Thursday, January 19, 2006, at 11:45 AM in St. Joseph's Medical Center, Reading, where he was a patient 8 weeks. Born June 26, 1934, in Reading , Berks County , he was a son of the late Clair George and Myrle M. (Miller) Davis, and was the husband of Patsy A. (Schroeder) Davis for 44 years. He regularly attended Pine Grove Mennonite Church , Bowmansville, and retired after 37 years with UGI Utilities, Inc., Reading . An army veteran of the Korean War, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and model train collecting. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Sheryl L. ( Davis ), wife of Woodrow M. Twiford, Shillington, PA; and Beryl A. (Davis), wife of Robert C. Grasser, Reinholds, PA; 2 grandsons, Joshua Jacob Grasser; a sister, Nancy (Davis) Clifford, Reading, PA; and a brother, Ronald A., husband of Brenda Davis, Mohnton, PA. Viewing Funeral Service... A viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Inc., 34-38 North Reamstown Road , Reamstown , PA 17567-0094 and at the church Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM from Pine Grove Mennonite Church , 1194 Reading Road , Bowmansville , PA 17507 . with his pastor, The Reverend Jonathan E. Yoder, officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
