Rodney G. Sweigart

Rodney G. Sweigart, 84, of Stevens, PA, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

Rodney was a son of the late Walter and Vera Walters Sweigart.

He was formerly a member of Mellingers Lutheran Church in Schoeneck and worked as a carpenter and stone mason. Most recently, Rodney provided produce hauling services to Amish customers.

Rodney is survived by his companion, Grace Miller, three sons: Scott, Steven (Tina), and Sidney, one daughter, Susie, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 5 siblings: Donald, Edith, Paul, Rodger, and Gary, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Joan.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family and are under the care of Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, Ephrata, PA.
