Roger Paul Plante

We Remember Roger ... Roger Paul Plante, aged 50, of Rothsville, died unexpectedly Friday, April 3, 2009, at 9:57 PM in the emergency room of Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Statesboro, Georgia, a son of Paul Plante, Pottstown, and the late Jessie (Breau) Plante, he was the co-owner and operations manager of Mobile Space Transport, Leola. A peacetime Air Force veteran, Roger enjoyed fishing, boating, NASCAR and his grandsons. Also surviving are sons, William, Frank and Jason, of Rothsville; and Roger, Jr. and Dyllan, of Gardner, PA; 4 grandsons; and brothers, Paul Jr., Donald and David. He was predeceased by a son, Nathan, and a sister, Sherry Shoemaker. Viewing Graveside Service... There will be a viewing on Monday, April 13, 2009, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown. Final farewell and commendation will be at 1:30 PM in St. Joseph's New Catholic Cemetery, 170 Charles Road, Bausman, PA 17504 (behind Manor Shopping Center).
