Virginia Martzall

Virginia S. Martzall, age 83, of Manheim, formerly of Adamstown, Florence, AZ and Ephrata, died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Pleasant View Retirement Community. Born in Elkhart, IN, a daughter of Clyde and Lillian (Kenyon) Stevens. She was the wife of Chester F. Martzall, Ephrata, whom she married July 5, 1947. Virginia was a retired waitress, working in several Lancaster area restaurants, and enjoyed crafts. Surviving in addition to her husband are sons, Barry L. (Anne) Martzall, AZ; Gerald L. (Elizabeth) Martzall, WV; Samuel C. Martzall, AZ; Terry A. (Teresa) Martzall, Lititz; daughter, Mary A. (David) Weaver, Ephrata; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, June Sebastian, Ephrata and Naomi (Bill) Bradley, IN. She was predeceased by brother, Jay F. Stevens and sister, Bonnie Garman. A memorial celebration of Virginia"s life will be held Saturday, November 10, at 11:00 AM in Akron Church of the Brethren, 613 Main Street, Akron, PA 17501, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Service details were preplanned with Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown.
