Alma R. Reifsnyder

Remembering Alma with Love... Alma R. Reifsnyder, 97, formerly of Adamstown, Philadelphia and Ephrata, died Monday, December 3, 2007, at 5:00 PM in Ephrata Manor. Born in Adamstown, a daughter of the late Charles K. and Bertha (Boehringer) Stork, her husband, Charles F. Reifsnyder, died April 1, 1982. A 1927 graduate of Ephrata High School and 1931 graduate of Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing, she had worked as a registered nurse at Lancaster General Hospital for several years. Alma was a member of St. Paul 's Evangelical Lutheran Church , Adamstown, and is survived by nieces and nephews. Viewing Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 7, 2007, at 1:00 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre of Reamstown, with her pastor, The Reverend Sandra L. Gideon, officiating. Burial will follow in Charles Evans Cemetery , Reading. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Alma requested that rather than flowers, remember her with contributions to her church, St. Paul 's Lutheran Church , Box 385 , Adamstown , PA 19501-0385 .
