Kenneth J. Diehl, 80, of Denver, passed away February 12, 2020 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. He was the loving husband of 58-years to Barbara D. (Gropper) Diehl and a son of the late George L. Sr. & Margaret (Franco) Diehl. Ken worked in quality control for AIL Systems, Inc. in Deer Park, NY for over 30-years. A lifetime member and Governor of the Moose Lodge in Lindenhurst, NY, he was very active in his community. He moved to the Denver area in 1995 and worked at Lighthouse Vocational Services as a work-coach for 15-years. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid golfer. He was a member of the Garden Spot Lions Club. Ken enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, making treasured memories and having a special relationship with them. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Elizabeth M. Trebing of Lindenhurst, NY; Kenneth J. Diehl, Jr. of New Holland, & Debra K. Diehl of Denver; and two granddaughters, Kacey M. Trebing & Kristy B. Trebing. He was predeceased by brother, George L. Diehl, Jr. Viewing: Saturday, Feb. 15th from 2 to 3 PM at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., 34-38 N.
