Kenneth W. Mcevoy

Kenneth W. McEvoy, 78, of Ephrata, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Lancaster, Ken was the son of the late Kenneth H. & Anna Mae (Schleenbaker) McEvoy and the loving husband of 43 years to Cynthia (Brace) McEvoy.

In addition to his wife Cyndy, Ken is survived by their children, Meghan M. (Jerry) Auker of Ephrata, Julia C. (Mark) Nelson of Ephrata, Todd M. (Michelle) McEvoy of Allentown, and Lisa N. McEvoy of Ephrata; eight grandchildren, Brandon, Katlyn, Brianna, Tyler, Angelina, Natalie, Luke, and Logan; brother, Robert E. (Mary Ellen) McEvoy of Mount Joy; and his loving puppies, Hope and Hank.

Ken attended J.P. McCaskey High School. He was a proud Army veteran, who served in the U.S. Army as a SGT E5. Ken had a longtime career in automotive sales management. He cherished his wife Cyndy and was a wonderful father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family, listening to his favorite Elvis music, and going on family vacations.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Fri., Dec. 22nd at 12:00pm at Gravenor Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., 100 W. Main St., Ephrata.
