Remembering Henry... Henry S. Frankhouser, 84, formerly of Muddy Creek Road, Denver, Lancaster County, died Friday at 12:55 PM in the Denver Nursing Home, Stevens, where he resided since August 21, 2000. Born in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, he was a son of the late Arthur and Susie (Becker) Frankhouser. His wife, Alma M. (Lausch) Frankhouser, died August 15, 1998. He was a member of Muddy Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church, Swartzville, where he was a former council member and zone leader. Henry was employed for over 25 years by Bollman Hat Company, Adamstown, retiring in 1982. He had also worked for many years on the family farm. Surviving is a son, H. Gene, married to Sharon (Gruber) Frankhouser, Denver, PA; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A son, Floyd R. Frankhouser, and a brother, Clayton A. Frankhouser, preceded him in death. Services... The funeral ceremony for Henry will be on Tuesday, August 21, 2001, at 10:00 AM from his church, Muddy Creek Lutheran Church, 11 S. Muddy Creek Rd., Denver (Swartzville). The casket will be open prior to the service for viewing. A viewing will be held from our parlor on Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
