William C. Woodard

William C. Woodard, 72, of Ephrata, PA, passed away at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. He was the husband of Mary Ellen (Schiel) Woodard and son of the late William and Concetta (Ievoli) Woodard. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Katherine C. Woodard, four siblings: Donna, Marcella, James, and Jeffery; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was born in Queens, New York and had been a resident of the Ephrata area for over thirty years. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and worked as a truck driver. Memorial services will be held at a future date and are under the care of Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, Ephrata, PA.
