Anna Czapluk

Anna Czapluk, age 93, formerly of Denver, PA,and Philadelphia, died Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 4:40 PM in Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center, Narvon, where she resided since July 2011. Born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Gabriel and Laura (Pawlowski) Kapusta, her husband, Anthony Czapluk, died in June of 1985. A member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Philadelphia, Anna was active in the Union of Polish Women in America. She enjoyed crafts, knitting and crocheting. Surviving is her daughter, Cynthia C., wife of David D. Speace, Narvon; and granddaughter, Ellen Speace, Drexel Hill. A sister, Josephine Petraits, predeceased her. A viewing will be held from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, on Wednesday, August 16, from 9-10 AM with a Christian Prayer Service at 10 AM. Final commendation farewell will follow in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Cemetery, 1215 Old Lincoln Highway, Langhorne, PA 19047.
