Carol A. Gladstone

Carol Ann (Spezzano) Gladstone, 77, formerly of Richboro, passed away with her family by her side on Friday, August 2nd, 2024. She was the loving wife of Dr. Irwin S. Gladstone for 35 years. Born in Philadelphia, Carol was the daughter of the late Peter Spezzano and Ruby (Shelton) Kane.

Carol graduated from Bishop Egan High School, class of 1964. Carol spent most of her childhood in Bristol, later moving to Levittown, then to Richboro, which she called home for 35 years. She spent many years working side by side next to her husband in his Optometry office. Carol loved spending time with family and singing with friends. She had a huge heart for all her cats. She interacted with other cat lovers in Facebook groups, making many friends and fans of her daily cat posts. Her family, friends, and other animal lovers will miss her warm and happy heart.

Along with her husband Irwin, Carol is survived by Tara (Zach) Focht of Denver; six grandchildren, Jamie, Nicholas, Averie, Ryan, Sarakate, & Isaac; three siblings, Peter (Sherry) Spezzano, Charles (Lency) Spezzano, & Katherine Petrosky.

She was predeceased by a son, Stephen Macellaro.

Visitation and celebration of life will take place on Sunday, September 22nd from 12pm to 2pm, with a time of sharing at 1:30 p.m. at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., 34 North Reamstown Road, Reamstown, PA 17567.
