David M. Coleman, age 78, Colonial Lodge, East Cocalico Township, Denver, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Friday, March 27, 2015, at 4:25 PM in Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Lawn, PA, he was a son of the late Alfred J. Coleman and Sarah M. Hugendubler Coleman Klopp. A staff sergeant in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, he retired after 20 years of service. David was a member of Harvest Fellowship Church, Stevens, and led a Bible study at Colonial Lodge. He loved fishing, traveling and time with his grandchildren. Surviving is a daughter, Mae I. (Matthew) Lund, Elverson; son, Mark Lee (Cheri Strausburg) Coleman, Red Lion; grandchildren, Derek & Ileia Lund and Nathan & Rhiannon Coleman; great-grandson, Dillian Lund; and sister, Sarah M. Kelly, Holtwood. Siblings, Helen Dissinger Yundt, Elizabeth Ward, Martin, Joseph & A. John Coleman predeceased him. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 3, at 11:30 AM from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with The Rev. Eugene N. Weaver officiating. Interment with military honors in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
