Dorothy A. Effinger, 86, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 at The Gardens at Stevens. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Charles W. Sr. & Margaret K. (Kleszak) Effinger. Dorothy is survived by her niece, Margaret "Petty" L. Seiler of Reinholds. She was predeceased by a brother, Charles W. Effinger Jr. Services are private.
