James E. Faus

James E. Faus, 68, of Ephrata, PA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, May 21, 2023.

James was the loving husband of Patricia Felker Faus for 43 years. He graduated from Warwick High School and worked as a sheet metal fabricator at the High Steel Lancaster Service Center.

He was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed sports, fishing, and hunting. He loved spending time with his family and his Boxer, Buddy.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Amy, wife of John Shoff, three grandchildren: Connor, Kaitlyn, and Carter Shoff, one brother, Bill Faus, husband of Marlina, brother-in-law, Glenn Wittle, and numerous nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Verna Hoover Faus, and one sister, Barb Wittle.

Funeral services officiated by the Rev. Timothy L. Craven will be held at Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, 100 W. Main St. Ephrata, PA 17522 on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11 a.m. Friends will be received before the service from 10-11 a.m. Place of interment will be Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring, PA.
