August 13, 1957 — January 6, 2025

David C. Dierolf, 67, of Reinholds, passed away on Monday, January 6th, 2025, at Tower Health Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, David was a son of the late Edwin and Shirley J. (Hoffman) Dierolf Jr. and the loving husband of 30 years to Alfreda Mosteller Dierolf.

David was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School and Vo-Tech, class of 1975. With his skill and interest in auto mechanics, he started working on Volvos with the former Bob Alsbach, and then Voltz Wagons with Ulrich Garage. David was a former member of Hillside Christian Church, and currently attended Dove Westgate Church. David was an auto enthusiast and was known for being a major ‘Motor Head’; he absolutely loved cars, rebuilding motors, owning his own street-rods and other fun cars, or watching NASCAR and car shows. He enjoyed street rod shows on the weekend and at one point, he was a co-owner of a race car. He was witty with his humor or personalized nicknames for others. David had a loving and patient heart, helping anyone who needed it. His faithful and fun personality will be deeply missed.
