Betty Jane Good Stoyer, 67, and Daniel Lamar Stoyer, 64, both of Denver, died Sunday, January 6, 2013. Betty died at Ephrata Community Hospital and Daniel in Reading Hospital & Medical Center. They were married July 17, 1987. Betty was born in East Cocalico Township, a daughter of the late Martin K., Sr., and Ada M. (Sweigart) Musser. She worked for Dorma Door, was a life member of Adamstown VFW Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. Surviving is a son, Dale B. (Krista Smith) Good, East Earl; sister, Shirley (Leon) Lausch, Akron; and brother, Martin (Helen Hartranft) Musser, Ephrata. She was predeceased by a sister, Leah Balmer, and brothers, William, Henry & Emerson Musser. Daniel was born in Ephrata, a son of the late Crenton C. and Arlene M. (Heft) Stoyer. He worked for Hartings Bakery, Bollman Hat Co., Rebman Industries and Dorma Door. Dan was a Vietnam War Army veteran and a life member of Adamstown VFW. He enjoyed gardening and mowing lawns. Surviving is a son, Matthew Scott Stoyer, Stevens; daughter, Tabetha Stoyer Brown, Denver; grandsons, William, Anthony and Harley; brother, David Lee Stoyer, Denver; and sister, Dinah L. (Robert L.) Nolt, Ephrata. Their funeral service will be held Thursday, January 10, at 10:00 am from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with The Rev. Joel R. Hainley officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Ephrata. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Rather than flowers, contributions may be sent to Hospice & Community Care, Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
