Remembering "Toby" with Love... Ernest Paul "Toby" Flood, age 92, of Denver , Lancaster County, PA, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in Coatesville VA Medical Center Hospice Unit. Born in Lancaster, a son of the late William and Emily (Wolfe) Flood, he was the husband of Ann (DiStefano) Flood for 20 years. Raised in Coatesville, graduate of Scott High School , he was an avid softball player, loved baseball and was a Penn State fan. He served aboard the battleship Arkansas with the Navy during WWII, and retired from Lukens Steel. Toby was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, New Holland, PA. Also surviving, sons, Thomas, Reading ; and John, Morganton; step-son, Anthony Ruggeri, Coatesville; grandson, Jerry; and great-granddaughter, Chayse. He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Ruth (Cochran) Flood, in 1980, and a brother, Francis. Service Information... Private services from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown.
