Remembering Ethel with Love... Ethel A. Zimmerman, age 87, formerly of New Holland, Lancaster County, PA, and Colonial Lodge, Denver, PA, died August 3, 2012, in Conestoga View, Lancaster, PA. Born in Reamstown, a daughter of the late Harvey and Emma (Lorenz) Adams; her husband, Norman L. Zimmerman, died October 23, 2010. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Terre Hill, where she sang in the choir , taught Sunday school and was president of the Missionary Society. Ethel was also past commander of the Adamstown VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are daughters, Janice J. (Richard) Rubin, Leola; and Josephine M. (Philip) Stone, Lancaster; grandchildren, Nicole H. (Dan) Bono, Derek Stone, and Chad (Tiffany) Rubin; a great-grandson, Lucas Bono; and a brother, Warren E. Adams, New Hampshire. Also preceding her in death was a son, Jonathan; sisters, Lillian Adams, Naomi Lausch, Elizabeth Garner and Caroline Henly; and brothers, Robert, James and Charles Adams. Service Information... Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2012, at 11:00 AM from Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, 110 East Main Street, Terre Hill , PA 17581 , with Pastor Al Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Martin's Cemetery, Red Run, PA. Viewings will be Wednesday, August 8, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, and also at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
