Rodney Kring

April 16, 1966 — June 10, 2019

Rodney L. Kring, 53, of Denver, died unexpectedly in an auto accident Mon., June 10, 2019. He was a son of Gladys M. (Trupp) Kring and the late William E. Kring. Rod was a graduate of Garden Spot H.S., class of 1984. He was an avid racing enthusiast who enjoyed local drag racing at Maple Grove Raceway and working on muscle cars and motorcycles. Rod was proud to do pit work for the No Prep Kings on the show Street Outlaws which took him to races in Texas, North Carolina & Illinois. He recently worked as a mechanic for Maple Grove Automotive. Most of all Rod enjoyed his friends, loved his kids and was a wonderful father. He will be forever missed for his free spirit and giving manner; Rod would help anyone at any time. In addition to his mother, Rod is survived by two children, Zachary R. Kring and Morgan L. Kring, both of Bowmansville; a grandson, Gabriel Kring; & a brother, Randy Kring of Mohnton. Relatives & friends are invited to stop-in for a celebration of life gathering on Sun., June 23rd from 2 - 6 p.m. at the Adamstown Rod & Gun Club, 563 Willow St, Reinholds, PA 17569.
