Beatrice E. Carter, 75, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, at Newport Meadows Health & Rehab in Christiana. Born in Ephrata, Beatrice was the daughter of the late George & Anne (Burd) Fromm, and the loving wife of Herbert M. Carter.
Beatrice's heart will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7th, at 11:00 a.m. at Mellinger's Union Cemetery, 80 Gockley Rd, Stevens, PA 17578.
